Not some isolated incidents but almost every second person
I’m coming across is leading this way of life and I am just wondering…
WHY???
Why are people leading such type of life? Why is no one
holding the strings which are meant for lifetime and desire of holding them is also
nowhere? Why is it acceptable for them in their minds, but only for themselves?
Why is it like having sandwich in breakfast, burger in lunch and pizza in
dinner, and sometimes bites of more than one in a single meal? Why “Chhoo Kar
Mere Mann Ko…” being totally replaced by “Kabhi Mere Saath Ek…”? Balance, no
doubt, is, important, but still balance is needed.
HOW???
One, two, three…… eight, nine, …… how many counts will be
considered enough? Or, is this the new social norm that the number at one same
time should be atleast equal to the number of Sim cards one is holding? Come on!
Either the limit can be one or it will be, then, none.
WHAT???
What happened to romance?
What happened to poetry?
What happened to truth?
What happened to sweating palms, choked throat in front of
the other one?
What happened to writing everything on paper which one wants
to say and practising it twenty times and still messing up everything when it
comes to speak on phone or in person?
What happened to feel the meeting as celebration, as
festival?
What happened to the heartbeats so loud, just in
anticipation of seeing the other once, leave apart meeting, that they can be
heard in your own ears?
What happened to
something called Love, if anyone can still recognize it?
Not that I am judging anyone. Who I am to do that and how
can I. Call me old fashioned. Old school or whatever, but I still prefer tea
made on stove over slowly simmering flame, over instant coffee in a disposable container. Since the Three
Worded Phrase and Four Lettered Word approach is being used more casually than
saying Good Morning to someone, my faith on everything is shaking now. How am I
going to trust anyone, and more importantly, how can I assume that the other
person trust me too.

kar dee”.

If i try to answer your why in one word, then only word i can think of is "Thehraav"
Aap kisi bhi cheez ya kisi bhi jazbaat ko utha kar dekhein, usmein ek "thehraav" ki kami hai.Aapko pata hai ki aapke stove main aisa kya hai jo instant coffee main nahi- Stove wale ko chai peene ka mann hai, uske paas waqt hai uss chai ke liye..woh uska intzaar kar sakta hai, saath hi saath usse ussi chaav se peeta bhi hai..
Instant coffee toh shuru hi instant se hoti hai, matlab aap intzaar nahi kar sakte,na hi aapke dimaag main woh chai/coffee hai, woh bas ek zariya ban gai hai, kabhi neend bhagane ka, toh kabhi kisi kaam main assistant banne ka.
Yahi fark "choo kar mere mann ko" aur "kabhi mere saath ek" main bhi. Jab hamein jhatpat ki shaanti chahiye, tab kahan kisi ko kabhi pata chalega ki zindagi to bagal se bina bataye guzar bhi gayi.
Ofcourse it is a passe and should be! How many people do you see now who have the patience to survive a relationship? (I mean I know personally I do not). Why mess up oneself for the basic human needs? And anyhow it does not make a difference, you can decide to believe in anything and can move on.
All I say is it is not correct to complicate ones life and if it means you just sleep with someone for the sake of it, do it but do not think about it again. Its done and over with!!
Happy hunting is all I say :D
