Of hopes
and pains.
We all
still dream
To spread
our wings.
Life isn’t a
cakewalk
For most of
us,
But that
can’t be the reason
To miss the
life’s joyful bus.
Love and
money
Fame and
power
Can they
ever make
Happiness
to shower?
How much
does it cost
For one to
smile!
What it
takes
To reach
your heavenly shrine!
Ever wonder
how you’ll feel
If you’ll
open your heart?
And
embrace the world
Leaving
all your fears aghast.
It’s ok to shed a tear
Once in a
blue moon.
But it’s
not alright to make
Your heart
home of blues.
There always
a silver lining
In the raining
clouds.
Remember, there
will always be a sun
In the sky
after shower.

Long time, huh? From cake to love, from heart to heaven.
This is one among so few pieces of yours which really made me feel hopeful. Hopeful of things to come.
So here are my lines just for you (like always):
The way it's written
The way it seems
Hope you are the one
To believe in its meaning.
Really how much does it cost
For you to smile
And give me a reason
To feel blessed in time.
It's been long
Since you last sang-a-song
Go out, experience the world
And find your silver lining.
Please do.
P.S: On second thoughts, I am more quick to coin poems for you, I think than you :P It's you only who write so few pieces these days. My creativity, alas, all going down the drain!!
